Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after placing an order.

I did not receive any email confirmation after placing my order.

Please allow for 15-30mins after placing your order. Besides your inbox, check other tabs as well as spam box.

I have ordered and completed payment. What should I do next?

Nothing you need to do at this point. Sit back and wait for your parcel to arrive. However, we will send you an email update once the parcel is packed and shipped.

What are the payment methods available?

We currently accept payment using Paypal, credit & debit cards, and PayNow.

How long does delivery take?

We usually deliver all Singapore order within 3-5 workings days. However, some orders may take longer to process during peak season, sale periods and unforeseen circumstances. We seek your understanding in this.

How can I track my order?

Please allow for 2 more working days after your expected delivery date. If you still did not receive your parcel, you can contact us at  65-6369 9301 or email us at cs@mummybebe.com to check for an update of your delivery

What are the shipping fees / rates?

Free local delivery for orders above $100. Otherwise, a flat fee of $7.90 applies. 

For international shipping, the rates depend on the order size. For precise shipping rate estimate, please add products to shopping cart and then use shipping cost estimator.

Which shipping carriers do we use?

We usually use SpeedPost Standard and SpeedPost Priority courier delivery services.

I received a defective item, what should I do?

Please notify us within 7 days of receipt either by replying to your order email or our website Contact Form. Please explain the nature of defect and attach any pictures or videos, if these are deemed helpful in explaining the problem.

If eligible for a return or exchange item, within how long must I effect it?

Once the defect is confirmed and eligible for an exchange, we will send you a replacement directly. And collect back the defected item.

Can I get a refund if the price becomes lower since I ordered my item?

Prices fluctuate and are set at our discretion at any time based on many factors. Orders placed are not eligible for refunds basing on the price difference reasoning. 

How do I use my voucher code?

Apply the voucher code at the cart or checkout page

Is every voucher or discount code applicable to all items storewide?

It depends. Some codes are applicable storewide. Some can only apply to certain items. Please check the terms & conditions of the discount codes before using

Can multiple voucher or discount codes be used at the same time?

No. One discount code can only use for one order

How long is the voucher code valid?

The validity is not fixed with each discount code. Please check the terms & conditions of the discount codes before using.
