Shipping Information
Domestic Shipping (Singapore) – Courier Delivery
We strive to deliver all Singapore order within 3-5 workings days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Some orders may take longer to process during peak season, sale periods and unforeseen circumstances. We seek your understanding in this.
We offer free courier delivery (Mon-Sat) on orders above S$80. Orders less than $100 will be charged flat $7.90 delivery fee. Your delivery can arrive any time througout the day (10am – 6pm). You can indicate whether you prefer a delivery during the say (10am-2pm) or (2-6pm) at checkout. We will try to deliver according to the preference indicated on a best effort basis.
In the event when a delivery was attempted and no one was home to receive, you will receive an automated email message that will allow you to choose a convenient re-delivery day/time slot.
International Deliveries
We currently offer international shipping using SpeedPost Standard and SpeedPost Priority courier delivery services. The rates depend on the order size.
